Das Streampunk Theatre St. Pauli bietet Künstler*innen einen virtuellen Club aus dem täglich ein Livestream angeboten werden kann.

Der Livestream wird KEIN Ersatz für Livekonzerte, sondern ein Zusatzangebot für alle Künstler*innen, die ihre Neuerscheinungen, kommende Gigs, neue Songs oder auch ihren Webshop promoten wollen.

Im Live-Chat können Künstler*innen interaktiv mit ihrem Publikum interagieren, um im Livestream direkte Resonanz zu erhalten.

Die Gage der Künstler*innen wird hier durch Spendenaufrufe über den Stream generiert und bleibt zu 100 % bei den Künstler*innen.

Die Shows finden ausschließlich im Livestream statt und sind nicht beliebig abrufbar!

KENT NIELSEN (DK) – Ukulele Folk Punk / Singer/Songwriter!

Kent Nielsen is Danish but living in Lübeck (North Germany). He’s got a history as an author, percussionist, shoe shop clerk, record label guy, mail order honcho, night porter and ukulele player a. o. But there’s one thing he’s been doing for ages – and that’s singing. ‚Shotgun Seat DJ‘ is his first „solo album“. Roughly half of the roots rock colored songs were written together with Stefan Kletetzka (DEEP RIVER), some were brand new while a couple dated back to Kent and Stefan’s time in ONE BAR TOWN. Four covers were added, one by JOHN HARTFORD and another three originally written by GLEN CAMPBELL, EDDIE & THE HOT RODS and C.V. JØRGENSEN featuring Kent solo on the ukulele. Three more songs, drenched in Mod and 60s sounds, were written together with Helge Reich (JAM TODAY).

The album also includes guest appearances from George Whitfield (FIDDLEBOX, ex-PRESSGANG) and Martin Wenk (CALEXICO, NADA SURF, JUDITH HOLOFERNES).

The following tour took Kent through: Germany, Switzerland, England, Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. Incl. festivals such as: Rebellion Blackpool (three years in a row), Kirstyfest 2017 (UK), Thinking Pink Festival (UK), Punk Rock BBQ (UK), Rebellion Amsterdam (NL), Nostalgurato Fest (DK, twice) and the Winterswijk Ukulele Hotspot (NL), just to name a few. More countries are being planned for 2020.
